Supriya Nagesh
Senior Salesforce Administrator | Apex & Flow Automation

Supriya Nagesh

7+ years administering and developing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. I take ownership of orgs — stabilising them, automating them with Flow and Apex, and integrating them with the systems around them. Currently building with Agentforce, including a live deployed agent you can try on this site.

✦ Live Agentforce Agent — Deployed & Running

I built and deployed a production-pattern Agentforce agent on Experience Cloud

Available to guest users, grounded in real org data, with guardrails I designed and tested. I documented the full build — including the deployment chain, Agent Script syntax, and a hallucination incident I caught and fixed.

About

A bit about me

I'm an administrator at my core, with the Apex and integration skills to build what configuration can't reach. I've owned up to 5 client orgs simultaneously — from automation builds to production incident resolution — which taught me to deliver under pressure without dropping quality anywhere.

My background spans custom Apex and Flow development, third-party integrations (DocuSign, AssureSign, Litify Inbox, Docrio, Twilio), CI/CD with Gearset, and data migration — alongside the less glamorous but equally critical work: UAT support, root cause analysis, and stepping into under-documented orgs and making them stable. I take ownership of problems, not just tasks.

I believe in making technical work visible. The portfolio projects and articles on this site are rebuilt in dev orgs to show the work, since real client orgs live behind NDAs — the patterns are drawn directly from real delivery experience. I also mentor aspiring Salesforce admins and am actively building with Agentforce.

Testimonials

From mentees, colleagues, managers, and clients I've worked with across the Salesforce ecosystem.

I had the absolute privilege of being mentored by Supriya, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Over an intensive 4-week mentorship she went above and beyond to help me transition from training to being market-ready — refining my technical project walkthrough, optimising my LinkedIn profile, and polishing my resume to resonate with recruiters. She has a rare ability to pinpoint exactly what a mentee needs to build confidence and stand out in the ecosystem. The impact of her mentorship will shape my career for years to come.

Supriya and I worked together on the same team at a Salesforce consulting firm, and she quickly became someone I could rely on to solve problems independently, architect solutions, and support platform stability. Supriya is a strong Salesforce Consultant with deep experience across complex orgs. She excels at Apex, Flow, LWCs, and data cleanup, and has hands-on experience with most aspects of the platform. She's responsible, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Supriya at Brio, where she was an incredible partner to our Salesforce administrators and development teams. One of her greatest strengths was her ability to patiently explain complex Salesforce concepts in a way that was approachable and easy to understand — providing guidance and mentorship that helped others grow their skills and confidence. She brought a thoughtful, strategic mindset to every project, asking insightful questions to ensure solutions aligned with business needs. Any organization would benefit from having someone with her passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping others succeed.
